My Big Boy

I can't believe how big Ollie has gotten! He is growing like a weed. Tonight he fell asleep while nursing & I got to hold him on my chest for a while. It was so nice. He's become Mr busybody so it's hard to cuddle much.

Just a "few" months ago.

Look at him now! He's a moose!

Visiting

On Saturday, we went to visit the little girl I used to nanny, Rachel. I started there when she was 15 months old & she's five now! It was great to see her. She is so sweet. Ollie enjoyed it, too.

New Tooth

Oliver got his first tooth yesterday! Boy did it hurt when he bit me while nursing last night! He's always been a biter but it is so much worse with that little sharp tooth in there.

Peek-a-Boo

Ollie loves to play peek-a-boo. Usually he gets a huge grin but as you can see in the video, he gets that "deer in headlights" look when he sees the camcorder. Nonetheless, you get the point.

Out for dinner

Ollie wanted pizza last night so I obliged. Of course he'll have to get it second hand! Last night, Bob had an auction & didn't get home till after 11. Ollie & I decided to go out for pizza with his Auntie Em & her two kids, Josh & Tyler. Emily's husband is a firefighter; he works 24 hour shifts.

We went to a great little place & ordered an extra large canadian bacon & pineapple pizza. De-lish!!

So stuffed!!

Laminin

I saw this video on another blog I follow and thought it was amazing. It actually gave me goosebumps! Take a look:

Ollie, Lyle & Gertie

Ollie has two best friends: Lyle, our fawn pug, & Gertie, our black pug.

They don't seem to mind Ollie so much. They used to really like him when his spitting up was at it's highest. But as that dwindles so does their devotion. This morning Ollie grabbed Lyle's face & tried to use him as his lever to stand up. Poor Lyle when I said, "No!" he thought he was in trouble.

Ollie likes to bounce in his jumperoo & yell at Lyle and laugh. He watches Lyle waiting for him to reply with an, "attaboy!" but much to his dismay, it never happens. Hurts my heart.
